Dividend Policy:

As decided in the annual Shareholder’s general meeting, ALMI distributed cash dividends to the shareholders, with following details:

1. For FY 2013, Total Cash Dividend was Rp. 12.32 billion or equiv. to Rp. 20 per share.
2. For FY 2012, Total Cash Dividend was Rp. 6.16 billion or equiv. to Rp. 20 per share, distributed on the 18th September 2013.
3. For FY 2011, Total Cash Dividend was Rp. 15.4 billion or equiv. to Rp. 50 per share, distributed on the 18th October 2012.
